Refund policy

Because our products are *instant digital downloads*, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once a file has been delivered. When your purchase is complete you receive immediate access to the workbook file, so it cannot be returned.

 

We'll make it right

 

We stand behind every product. If something goes wrong, contact us within *14 days* of purchase and we'll help:

 

File won't download or is corrupted** — we'll re-send or replace it at no charge.

Wrong item purchased- if you bought the wrong edition or tax year and haven't yet used it, we'll help you exchange it for the correct product.

Duplicate charge- if you were accidentally charged twice for the same order, we'll refund the duplicate.

 

What is not covered

 

- Change of mind after downloading the file.

- Buyer's expectations that differ from what is described on the product page.

- *Compatibility* - our workbooks are standard `.xlsx` files that open in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and LibreOffice. Please confirm you have one of these before buying.
