Welcome to Last Minute Books. By accessing this website or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or buy our products.

1. What we sell. Last Minute Books sells downloadable spreadsheet templates ("workbooks") for personal and small-business bookkeeping. Products are delivered as digital .xlsx files immediately after purchase.

2. Not professional advice. Our workbooks are bookkeeping templates only. They are not tax software and do not constitute tax, legal, accounting, or financial advice, and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by the IRS or any government agency. You are responsible for the accuracy of your own figures and filings. Always consult a qualified professional before filing a return or making financial decisions.

3. License. When you buy a workbook, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own personal or business bookkeeping. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, or publish the file or its contents. Each copy is licensed to one buyer. Products may be uniquely serialized to the purchaser.

4. Payment and delivery. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are charged at checkout. Because products are instant digital downloads, delivery occurs immediately upon successful payment; there is no physical shipment.

5. Refunds. All sales are final except as described in our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. Intellectual property. All workbooks, designs, text, logos, and other materials are the property of Last Minute Books and are protected by copyright. Your license does not transfer ownership.

7. Disclaimer of warranties. Products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the workbooks will be error-free or meet your specific tax or accounting requirements.

8. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Last Minute Books will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any tax penalties, interest, or losses arising from the use of our products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

9. Changes. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
